Once we place you on our delivery route, you can expect your delivery to be made at the same time every day. We understand the importance of consistency, and we strive to provide reliable service. Please note that only unforeseen circumstances may delay your delivery, but we will make every effort to get it to you on time in those situations.
Your daily lunch will be delivered hot in our heat safe bags. They are kept warm at the required temperature until it’s time for you to serve.
No, they will not. You will need to refrigerate your breakfast and dinner upon arrival and heat them up before consumption. This ensures the safety, freshness and quality of your meals.
You can contact us with any concerns via text message or phone. You will have access to our office from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. We will respond to all emails between those hours as well.
Yes, you will receive paper goods, including large and small plates, cups, and sporks. To ensure you consistently have the supplies you need, please remember that you are required to complete the online delivery form each week. This will help us keep track of inventory and ensure timely delivery of your requested items. You will also be provided non-disposable spoons for serving the proper component of each meal component.
Yes, you will receive milk, juice and fruit. We deliver fresh fruit daily to be served with breakfast. However, you will receive canned fruit for lunch. For milk options, we serve shelf-stable 1%, whole, and lactose-free milk. You will also receive 100% individual juice boxes that will serve as the fruit component for snack. As a reminder, all of these items must be ordered weekly as needed on the online inventory order form.
Depending on your Childcare Center’s needs, we offer an online meal count tracking system that may be helpful. With this system, you will log on to mark all meals at the point of service. This system will also send notifications regarding any expired child enrollment forms, helping you stay organized.
To notify us of your childcare closures, you will be required to fill out an online form each month. In this form, please provide information on any dates you will be closed, if you anticipate needing extra lunches for students, information on any field trips, and any classrooms that will be closed. We understand the importance of accurate scheduling and will adhere to the schedule you provide in the form.
